Joining the Club
The best way to find out if you want to join is to come along to the Monday evening track session, the Saturday morning swimming sessions (Winter or Summer schedule) or the Sunday morning cycle session, that way you can see if you like the training session before deciding to join.
We offer one free 'come and tri' session to newcomers at the Saturday morning swim session only. After this session, if you like it, we will then ask you to either join the club or thereafter pay the higher non-member session fees. You will be allowed up to 3 sessions at the non-member rate then you will be required to join the club.
As a minimum requirement, you should be able to swim at least 25m front crawl before attending our pool swim sessions and at least 400m for the summer open water swimming.
Information about the track session can be found on the training page.
You can also attend the bike sessions which are free at weekends, however non-members are classed as guests and if you like it, you will be required to join the club after your first session. Take a look at the training page of this website.
Saturday morning, club training is between 7:30am & 8:30am at Repton School Swimming Pool, Repton, Derbyshire, DE65 6FH. Open Water is between 8:30am & 10am (during summer months only) at Manor Park Sailing Club, Kings Bromley.
For more details of training sessions and locations, take a look at the training page of this website. Or if you prefer, if you would like to chat about the club or the sport of triathlon please contact one of our friendly committee members or send an e-mail.
